Sub-inventory Quantities Report
Run this report if you want to count all or certain items in a sub-inventory. You cannot use this
report to count items by locator.
Make sure you are in the desired inventory organization.
To run a report with inventory item quantities, by sub-inventory, select the Sub-inventory Quantities Report from the List of Values.
Locator Quantities Report
Run this report if you want to count the items by locator. However you cannot run this report for a range of items.
If the item count does not match with the system on-hand quantity after recounts an inventory adjustment will have to be made.
Perform a Miscellaneous Transaction to adjust the inventory. Use a General Ledger adjustment account or an Account Alias for the transaction. Use a transaction reason code if applicable
