Strong practical expertise on SalesForce Development Methodology 

Hands on experience on Apex, triggers, Visualforce, controllers, custom objects, fields, workflow rules, and formulas Should be strong in SFDC Integration with any CRM using SOAP etc 

Force.com Developer certification (DEV-501) RTH - Y 

Good understanding of data structures, 

data modeling, and database schema 

Good working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Excellent analysis and 

problem-solving skills Good planning, organizational, and work management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills
